Exquisitely decorated for the Xmas holidays. Friends of Willistead in each room to explain its history and any changes that may have occurred and why. They were super knowledgeable. Friendly, welcoming fire in the grand foyer....... will be back again
Seems to be a very well maintained and beautiful park with a gorgeous manor. Unfortunately didn't have a chance to walk around inside the building but it's on my bucket list. Would recommend.
Evenings are a great time to visit the 15-acre estate. Most popular park in Windsor for weddings under 100 people.
Was such a beautiful place to go, there was 2 weddings going on too
A very beautiful attraction in Windsor, Many events take place here and they also allow people to get inside the house in given timings. Fairs, Breakfast with Santa are some events that I recently visited
A historic mansion with 36 rooms in 15-acre park was built in 1906. A good place to visit to experience craftsmanship and design.
Painstakingly cared for. If you have the chance to tour the inside I highly recommend it. Used to work here and the servants entrances are so cool to see and use. The gardens are lovely.
This will be a perfect historic house and a landmark to visit If you like to experience the history and beauty of Architectural design of 19th century.
The detail work that went into making that house is amazing. Unfortunately, it is open only limited hours for public tours. You have to check the opening hours first before you go. It is a well kept place and worth a visit if you are in Windsor area and you are someone who is interested in history and architecture.
